SaskTel SK Jazz Festival 2023 Program Guide
Free Program Info
The 2023 SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival Free Program will run throughout the entire festival, with programming happening at various locations in Saskatoon including:
- The Victoria Park Free Program runs from June 30 – July 5, 2023 at the main festival site in Victoria Park and features international, national and local artists. All sets are 90 minutes. Doors open one hour prior to show time. Three outdoor yoga sessions are also taking place in partnership with Ground Yoga and the Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation at Victoria Park.on July 1, 2, and 3.
- The Strictly Jazz Series presented by Saskatchewan Labour Unions will take place at The Bassment (202 4th Avenue North) on July 3, 4, 7 and 9 featuring international, national and local artists. Doors open one hour prior to show time. All shows are by free-will donation; donations of $25 or more will receive a charitable receipt.
- The Maurice Drouin Lounge presented by Persephone Theatre is our late night program, taking place this year in the Persephone Theatre Lobby. Named after the late local jazz legend, the Maurice Drouin Lounge showcases some of the best small jazz ensembles in Saskatchewan.
- The Neighbourhood Pop-Up Series will kick-off the festival week with a special pre-show event on June 29 at River Landing, Phase 1 followed by shows at various partnering businesses and locations throughout Saskatoon for the entire duration of the festival. All shows feature Saskatchewan artists. A special thanks to the Broadway Business Improvement District, The Riversdale Business Improvement District, the community of Brighton, Optimist Hill, and The Prairie Lily for their support of this series.

Ticketed Program Info
The 2023 SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival ticketed program will feature 4 days of ticketed programming (July 6 – 9) at Victoria Park, which will be done on a day pass system. Patrons will be able to purchase 1, 2, 3, or 4 day passes that offer full access to all festival programming on their chosen days. Each of the four ticketed days will feature up to five artists per day. Think of it as one day, one pass, five shows.
