BOX OFFICE POLICIES
- All pass sales are final except in the situation of a full event cancellation by the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival. No exchange or refund will be issued if a festival performer is changed or if their performance is cancelled, rescheduled or delayed.
- Pass sales are first come, first served. Passes will not be held, reserved, or set aside without payment.
- Service charges and taxes are applied to each pass. The service charge and pass price is the same regardless of where the pass is purchased, or the payment method used.
- Passes can be transferred into another person’s name by request of the original purchaser. The original purchaser must present identification at the box office to make any of these changes to existing orders. The contractual obligation of the box office is always to the original purchaser. The Saskatchewan Jazz Festival is not obligated to honour any third-party agreements made in regard to passes for our shows.
- Each pass has a unique barcode which can only be scanned once for admission.
- For Victoria Park ticketed programming, once a pass is scanned upon entry, the patron will receive a wristband which allows for come-and-go privileges. Day passes cannot be scanned twice for wristband redemption. Duplicate passes with the same barcode will not be accepted for admission. Please treat all passes like cash and ensure that they are stored securely.
- Pass barcodes can be cancelled and reissued if they are lost, stolen, or if you have reason to believe there is a duplicate copy. The original purchaser must present ID at the box office to have passes reissued. Note however that this cannot be done once a pass has been scanned for admission.
- The original purchaser must show identification to pick up passes or to make any changes to an existing order. If someone other than the original purchaser is picking up passes, the purchaser must contact the box office to make arrangements.
- Passes can be picked up from the box office. Printed passes will not be sent to the venue. If you show up to the gate without your pass in hand (either printed or electronic) you must present photo identification in the name of the original purchaser to be checked in electronically. Admittance will not be permitted without photo ID.
- If there is a special pass price for certain groups (seniors, youth, children, students, members, etc.), proof of the appropriate status (age ID, student card, membership card, etc.) will be required in order to use the special price for admission.
- Children 7 years and under are admitted for free (no pass required) with an adult day pass holder at a maximum of two children per adult. Proof of age may be requested at the gate prior to entry. No refunds will be offered for passes that were purchased for children 7 years and under.
- SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival gift cards that are being used to purchase festival passes must be redeemed in-person or over the phone at The Broadway Theatre Box Office. We cannot accept these through online pass sales at this time.
THIRD-PARTY TICKET SALES
- The Saskatchewan Jazz Festival neither endorses nor provides technical support for third-party day pass sales. We strongly recommend customers avoid third-party sales, and purchase directly from our provider. The Saskatchewan Jazz Festival is not obligated to honour any third-party agreements made in regard to passes for our shows.
