Merv xx Gotti
Merv xx Gotti is the award-winning Canadian multi-genre artist behind the solo singer-songwriter dream-pop project, “Guitar Songs.”
His debut solo singer-songwriter release, Guitar Songs EP, was released March 2024 in anticipation of his debut 5-show run at SXSW (Austin, TX).
The EP has since amassed over 300,000 streams and charted on Earshot’s Top 30 campus radio charts for 8 consecutive weeks. The EP’s first single, “Jiujitsu”, was played on over 21 CBC stations, Canada’s national public radio and television broadcasting system, as well as on over a dozen campus radio stations across Canada and the US – the biggest syndication pickup of a Saskatchewan song in the past 5 years.
This event is part of the Neighbourhood Pop-Up Series, which is free to attend. The Neighbourhood Pop-Up Series is made possible by a number of local partnerships, including each hosting venue, the Broadway Business Improvement District, the Riversdale Business Improvement District, Downtown Saskatoon, the Community of Brighton, the Dream Community Foundation, The Prairie Lily, and Hopewell Property Management.
