Holy Soleil
Holy Soleil is a Saskatoon jazz quartet inspired by the infectious rhythms of south Florida and the Caribbean. Its repertoire includes several original tunes by pianist/composer Kim Salkeld and a tasty selection of groovalicious, Latin-oriented standards. Holy Soleil is Aaron Salkeld on sax, Arlan Kopp on drums, Gent Laird on bass, and Kim Salkeld on piano. Appearing with the quartet is special guest vocalist Kiela Caudillo.
This event is part of the Neighbourhood Pop-Up Series, which is free to attend. The Neighbourhood Pop-Up Series is made possible by a number of local partnerships, including each hosting venue, the Broadway Business Improvement District, the Riversdale Business Improvement District, Downtown Saskatoon, the Community of Brighton, the Dream Community Foundation, The Prairie Lily, and Hopewell Property Management.
