Wondering how to best get to the 2023 SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival? We’ve got you covered! Read on for information about the all-new SGI SaskJazz Shuttle, the Biktrix Bike & Stroller Valet, parking around Victoria Park, and information about accessibility.
The SGI SaskJazz Shuttle
This year we are excited to offer an all-new free shuttle service for festival patrons, made possible by SGI, the Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund, and The City of Saskatoon. The SGI SaskJazz Shuttle will will make five stops, including:
- Victoria Park main festival site (on the corner of 17th Street and Spadina Crescent West, directly across from the festival site)
- Riversdale (on the corner of Ave D & 20th Street West)
- The Maurice Drouin Lounge at Persephone Theatre (100 Spadina Crescent East)
- The James Hotel (620 Spadina Crescent East)
- The Broadway Theatre Box Office (715 Broadway Ave)
The SGI SaskJazz Shuttle service will have two shuttle buses operating during all 10 days of the festival from June 30 to July 9. Both of the shuttle buses are accessible and have a wheelchair spot (see below for more information on accessibility). Watch for shuttle signage at the shuttle stops and on the buses too, and you’ll know you’ve found the SGI SaskJazz Shuttle!

Accessibility Information
The SGI SaskJazz Shuttle’s two buses are wheelchair accessible, both with one wheelchair spot. Shuttle drivers are trained to assist those with mobility needs on and off of the bus. The drop-off and pick-up location for the shuttle at Victoria Park is on 17th Street and Spadina Crescent West, directly across from the festival site.
We are also offering a new gate-to-seat transportation service this year for those with mobility needs. The gate-to-seat service provides transportation via a golf cart to and from the 17th Street W parking lot to the festival site at Victoria Park. To best utilize this service, we recommend that you please either email us at accessibility@saskjazz.com or call us at 306-653-8354 in advance to confirm your details and arrival time (not necessary but recommended). Please note that if you do require a full transfer, we ask that you bring a trained support person to assist you.
There are also reserved parking areas for those with mobility needs in both the Victoria Park parking lot and in the parking lot on 17th Street West (see below map of festival site).
For large groups with mobility needs that are bringing their own bus or transportation, please email accessibility@saskjazz.com at least 24 hours prior to your arrival, so that we can be prepared to assist you day-of.
The Victoria Park festival site’s washrooms are also accessible.
