What happens when a Canadian musical icon beloved for his work with The Northern Pikes, Due South, and as an award-winning solo artist, and a nationally renowned storyteller and poet join forces? Musical magic!

2025 was a busy year for Jay & Danica, including performances at the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival, the Lakeside Music Festival, Remai Modern's WEGO Festival, and Music for the Gut. Their first single together, the energetic duet ‘Spread a Little Christmas’ was released in November 2025 and received radio play across Canada and internationally.  2026 is shaping up to be even busier with the release of their upcoming debut album in April featuring 8 new Jay and Danica co-writes.
