Check out one of the SaskJazz Jams hosted at The Bassment: There are two jazz jams this year: one on July 8 at 9:30PM led by the Brett Graham Band, and one on July 10 at 9:30PM led by the Emmett Fortosky Band. Both Jams take place at The Bassment. There is no charge to attend and/or perform at the jam.

Check out the Art by the River booth at Victoria Park: Art By The River will be hosting their annual art show in Victoria Park from July 5-11, featuring the artwork of local artists. Additionally, Art By The River will have free art classes for youth running throughout the festival week. Stop by and get creative!

Check out one of the Maurice Drouin Lounge shows at Bokeh & The Alt Hotel Saskatoon: Named after the late local jazz legend, the Maurice Drouin Lounge showcases some of the best small jazz ensembles in Saskatchewan. All three of these shows are free to attend, and take place at Bokeh and The Alt Hotel Saskatoon at 10:30PM on select festival nights.

Stop in at The Broadway Theatre Box Office on Broadway Avenue: Our official Box Office is located at The Broadway Theatre. Visit them during their opening hours from Monday to Friday, noon to 6PM.

If you’d like a physical copy of your ticket, you can pick it up at the Broadway Theatre during regular operating hours. Tickets are otherwise delivered electronically and are not mailed. If you arrive at the gate without your ticket or confirmation, you’ll need to show at least one piece of photo ID. Box office staff can then electronically check you in.
Yes. Another person can pick up your passes on your behalf, as long as the original purchaser has notified the Broadway Theatre box office in advance. The name of the person picking up the passes must be provided, and valid photo ID will be required at the time of pickup.
No. Passes are not distributed at venue entrance gates. If you arrive without your ticket or electronic confirmation, you must show photo ID so gate box office staff can electronically check you in. Physical passes must be picked up in advance at the Broadway Theatre.
At Victoria Park, children aged 7 and under are welcome to attend for free when accompanied by an adult pass holder (up to two children per adult). Youth aged 8–12 can attend at a discounted ticket rate.
For indoor venues like The Bassment and Broadway Theatre, only lap-held children aged 2 and under are admitted free of charge. Children aged 3–12 receive 50% off ticket prices at these venues. Please note that Amigos is a 19+ venue. Taxes and service fees may still apply.
All ticket and pass sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances, including scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or lineup changes.
If you’ve misplaced your pass, please contact the Broadway Theatre, our official box office. They can assist with missing ticket inquiries during office hours, Monday to Friday from 12pm to 6pm. 📞 306-652-6556
Personal cell phone cameras and point-and-shoot cameras are permitted. Cameras or recording devices with detachable lenses are not allowed unless you are an accredited photographer. Unaccredited photographers using restricted equipment may be asked by staff or security to stop using their devices.
Shows run rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, performances may be delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled. Any updates or announcements will be shared through our official social media channels. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram @saskjazz for the latest information.
Yes. Items found at festival venues will be turned in to the Lost & Found located at the Victoria Park North Gate entrance tent. After the festival ends, please contact us directly to inquire about lost items and arrange pick-up if available.
No. Smoking and vaping of any kind are not permitted inside Victoria Park. Guests wishing to smoke must exit the venue perimeter. Re-entry is allowed with a valid wristband.
Dogs are welcome during free programming at Victoria Park but are not permitted during ticketed events due to higher crowd density. Dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for cleanup. Service dogs are welcome at all times. Festival staff may ask guests to leave if a dog shows aggressive behaviour.
Limited seating is available in the Saskatoon Co-op Beer Garden, and additional seating is available on the grass throughout the park. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or their own folding chair for added comfort.

Yes. Portable washrooms are available throughout the Victoria Park festival grounds for guest use.
Yes. There is an ATM available at the Royal Canadian Legion across the street from Victoria Park. Most vendors also accept debit and credit cards at the point of purchase.
Paid public parking is available in Saskatoon until 6:00pm. After 6:00pm, public parking is free. As parking is limited, we recommend carpooling, biking, using public transit, or ridesharing services. Visit our Getting Here page for more details.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted at the Victoria Park main festival site, especially for guests with dietary restrictions or medical needs. We also encourage supporting our local food trucks and vendors. Food and beverage policies at other festival venues may vary.
No. Outside alcohol is not permitted at any festival venue or event, with no exceptions.
Yes. Refillable water bottles are allowed at Victoria Park, and water refill stations are available on site. Please note that security may inspect bottles to ensure no alcohol is inside.
Yes. Bag checks are in effect at all Victoria Park entrances during both free and ticketed events. No weapons of any kind are permitted, including bear spray or dog spray. Prohibited items will be seized, and entry will be denied without refund.
Artist lineups are subject to change without notice. Headliners typically perform last unless circumstances require adjustments. The festival does not censor artist content, so guests are encouraged to review performer material in advance if they have sensitivities.
Guest safety is a top priority. Victoria Park features misting stations, shade tents, and refillable water stations. Outside non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, and on-site medical support is provided by St. John Ambulance. We encourage guests to stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and practise heat safety throughout the festival.
