In your application you will be required to submit a description of products, space and power requirements, and environmental initiatives.

All applicants must have a valid permit and fill out the Saskatchewan Health Authority – Environmental Public Health Vendor Application form.

A deposit is not required with the application form.
If your application is accepted your non-refundable payment is required in full by May 15 annually.

Activation Vendors
What is an activation?
An activation is a branded experience designed to promote your organization, service, or product directly to festival attendees. As part of your activation, you’re welcome to set up engaging elements such as interactive games, hands-on activities, giveaways, pamphlets, or branded signage. The goal is to create a fun, memorable interaction that builds awareness of your brand while contributing to the energy of the festival environment.

No. Please note this is an application only, submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Product quality, reputation, service, duplication of product, and environmental impact are some of the methods used to determine vendor acceptance. If accepted, you will be notified from one of our team members.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, etransfer or cheque (payable to Saskatchewan Jazz Festival Inc.)
Please fill out and submit the online application form; hard copies are not required.
We typically want our vendors to be at Victoria Park for all day of the festival. However, if you can only be there on certain days, please indicate this in your application and we will do our best to accommodate.
Applications are reviewed by SaskJazz staff as they are received. Vendors will be contacted with notice of acceptance and payment information throughout the application period. No applications will be accepted after the payment deadline of May 15th. The Saskatchewan Jazz Festival reserves the right to close applications once the food truck village has filled. We recommend submitting early.
