Q. WHERE DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?

A. Tickets can be purchased online here. Purchases can also be made in person or over the phone with Visa or MasterCard. The Box Office phone number is 306.652.4700.

To purchase tickets in person: 

  • Until May 2nd, Box Office is located on the 7th floor of the Delta Bessborough Hotel. Hours are 10-4pm, Monday to Friday. 
  • After May 2nd, Box Office will move to the lobby of the Delta Bessborough Hotel. Hours are 10-4pm, Monday to Friday. 
  • Starting June 18th until the Festival ends, Box Office will remain in the lobby of the Delta Bessborough Hotel, but hours will change to 12pm-7pm, Monday to Sunday. 

Q: WHEN WILL THE MOBILE APP BE UPDATED FOR 2018?

A: The mobile app will be updated with the 2018 lineup on Thursday, April 26th. The app is available for iPhone and Android devices.

A: The best way to stay up-to-date is by subscribing to our newsletter, and following us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Q. WHERE DO I PICK UP TICKET THAT I HAVE PURCHASED ON-LINE OR BY PHONE?

A. Pre-purchased tickets are available for pick-up during regular hours only at the Box Office. Tickets will not be sent to the venue. If a purchaser goes to the gate/door and they do not have their ticket or confirmation form they must show a minimum of one piece of photo ID. The gate/door staff can electronically check them in.

Q. CAN I HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY TICKETS FOR ME?

A. Yes – if the person purchasing tickets has notified the Box Office of the person’s name that will be picking them up. Appropriate ID will be required at time of ticket pick up.

Q. CAN I GET TICKETS THAT I PURCHASED AT THE GATE/DOOR OF THE SHOW?

A. Tickets will not be sent to the venue. If a purchaser goes to the gate/door and they do not have their ticket or confirmation form they must show a minimum of one piece of photo ID. The gate/door staff can electronically check them in.

Q. DO CHILDREN REQUIRE TICKETS?

A. For TD Mainstage shows only, children 7 and under (proof of age required) are admitted free with an adult ticket holder to a maximum of two children per adult. All other ticketed events will require that a ticket be purchased for children with the exception of Amigos and The Capitol, which are 19+ venues.

Q. DO YOU OFFER YOUTH PRICING?

A.Youth aged 8 to 12 years are eligible to receive 50% off of the advance and regular prices of a TD Mainstage ticket only. All other ticketed events will require an advance or regular price ticket to be purchased for youth with the exception of Amigos and The Capitol, which are 19+ venues.

Q. CAN I EXCHANGE TICKETS OR GET A REFUND?

A. We do not exchange tickets or provide refunds.

Q. WHAT DO I DO IF I PURCHASE TICKETS AND GIVE THEM TO FRIENDS?

A. Because tickets are in the name of the purchaser, it is best to inform the Festival Box Office, so they can make a change to the ticket holder in the event tickets are damaged, lost, stolen, or the ticket holder arrives without the ticket.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT IS RAINING?

A. TD Mainstage shows run rain or shine. Free shows may be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather. Announcements and updates are made through our social media profiles. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Q. IS THERE SEATING AVAILABLE AT THE TD MAINSTAGE, NUTRIEN FREE STAGE, OR DTN YXE SHOWS?

A. Attendees to TD Mainstage bring their own seating. While there is limited seating provided at Nutrien Free Stage and DTN YXE shows, we encourage attendees to bring their own. 

Q. CAN I BRING FOOD AND BEVERAGES INTO TD MAINSTAGE EVENTS?

A. No – outside food and beverage is not permitted. Food and beverage service is provided by the Bessborough Hotel. 

Q. CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEO CONCERTS?

A. Camera and recording devices with detachable lens are not permitted. Unaccredited photographers using cameras with detachable lens will be asked to not use their equipment by a Festival representative or security personnel. Cell phone cameras with recording functions or point and shoot style cameras are permitted at the Festival, unless otherwise instructed. 

Q. WHERE ARE WASHROOMS LOCATED?

A. Public washrooms, which are wheelchair accessible, are set up at the TD Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens and at the Nutrien Free Stage (Kiwanis Park North).

Q. IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN LOCK UP MY BIKE?

A. We are pleased to offer a FREE bike valet service at the Nutrien Free Stage (Kiwanis Park North)during all ten days of the festival. For bike valet times, click HERE. Bikes must be picked up by 11pm, and cannot be left overnight.

Q. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE SOUVENIRS AND FESTIVAL MERCH?

A. We sell our Festival Merchandise online. Check out our store here. We have two locations for souvenir purchases during the Festival – TD Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens (when shows are on) and the Nutrien Free Stage in Kiwanis Park North.

Q: ARE REFUNDS/EXCHANGES OFFERED ON MERCHANDISE?

A. While we do not offer refunds on merchandise, we will allow exchange for a different size if the product has not been worn or damaged. Please call the Box Office at 306.652.4700 to arrange a time to exchange with our Box Office staff. 

Q. WHERE CAN I FIND OUT HOW MUCH THE 50/50 PROGRESSIVE PRIZE VALUE IS?

A. The prize value of the 50/50 draw will be posted on our website, and video screens in the TD Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens and Nutrien Free Stage (Kiwanis Park North). The draw will take place on the final day of the Festival at 10:10PM at the Nutrien Free Stage.

Q. ARE ATM’S AVAILABLE?

A. The closest ATM to the TD Mainstage is in the Bessborough Hotel and Sheraton Cavalier Hotel. We suggest bringing cash with you as lineups can get long and the ATM's often run out of cash.

There is an ATM on site at the Nutrien Free Stage. The next closest ATM's are in the Bessborough Hotel and Sheraton Cavalier Hotel. 

Q. ARE THERE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE ON HOTEL ROOMS?

A. The Bessborough Hotel, The James Hotel and Sheraton Cavalier offer special room rates for ticket buyers. Learn more here.

Q. WHERE CAN I GET A SCHEDULE/PROGRAM?

A. All Festival shows (free and ticketed) will be public on Thursday, April 26th. Our printed mini program guides will be available as of May 1st at the Festival Box Office. 

Q. AM I PERMITTED TO SMOKE AT THE FESTIVAL?

A. The TD Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens and Nutrien Free Stage (Kiwanis Park North) are smoke/vaping free venues. Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere within the licensed area including the road/sidewalk at the Nutrien Free Stage. Those wanting to smoke must leave the park. 

Q. IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?

A. All items that have been found at Festival venues will be turned in to the Volunteer Centre located on the Mezzanine level of the Bessborough Hotel during the Festival. After the Festival, found items can be claimed at the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival office located on the 7th floor of the Bessborough Hotel. After July 1, contact the Festival at 306.652.4700 for inquiries and pick up arragements. 

Q. IS THE FESTIVAL WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

A. All Festival venues are wheelchair accessible. Amigo’s Cantina does have one step.

Q: I HAVE LOST/NOT RECEIVED MY TICKETS, WHAT DO I DO?

A: Please call our Festival Box Office at 306.652.4700 to verify that we have received your order. Please have your order confirmation handy.

Q: CAN I BRING MY DOG TO THE FESTIVAL?

A: Dogs are not permitted at the TD Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens. Dogs on leash are permitted on the sidewalk only at the Nutrien Free Stage (Kiwanis Park North). Owners must be in control of their dogs at all times. 

Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO SHOWS AT THE TD MAINSTAGE, BESSBOROUGH GARDENS?

A: Folding chair, sunscreen, cell phone, cash, bug spray (depending on weather), rain coats/rainboots, point and shoot cameras. 

Q: IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE MALLS?

A: No. We do offer a bike valet at the Nutrien Free Stage (Kiwanis Park North). 

Q: ARE FOOD AND DRINKS AVAILABLE AT THE TD MAINSTAGE, BESSBOROUGH GARDENS OR THE NUTRIEN FREE STAGE (KIWANIS PARK NORTH)?

A: Yes. Burgers, fries, and more are available to purchase at the TD Mainstage in the Bessborough Gardens. The catering is provided by the Bessborough Hotel and food tickets need to be purchased prior to picking up food.

The Nutrien Free Stage has many food options available. Some accept credit and debit, but most only accept cash. An ATM is on site at the Nutrien Free Stage. 

Q: WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN FOR THE TD MAINSTAGE, BESSBOROUGH GARDENS?

A: Doors open an hour prior to show time. For example, if the time listed is 7pm the doors open at 6pm.

Q: WHAT TIME DOES THE NUTRIEN FREE STAGE OPEN (KIWANIS PARK NORTH)?

A: The venue is open a half-hour prior to the first artist taking the stage. For example, if the first show is listed at 12pm the venue is open at 11:30am. 

Q: WHAT IS A YOGA JAM?

A: The Yoga Jam event is a free, all ages yoga class at the TD Mainstage. The class is accompanied by live music featuring an artist in the lineup.  

Q: CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR MERCHANDISE/TICKETS? 

A: Gift certificates are available in any denomination, and can be used towards our merchandise or tickets. Gift certificates are available online and in person at the Festival Box Office. If purchasing online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a code that will be required for future purchases with that gift certificate.
